Admission Procedures


  • 1. About Admission Procedures

    • Please take the necessary documents required for the admission procedures at the Admission and Discharge Administration Center, located on the 3rd floor of the SOUTH WING.
    • For patients whose admission date has not yet been confirmed, the hospital will reach out to you as soon as the date and time are set. Please keep in mind that we may contact you just a day before your scheduled admission.
    • If you find that you are unable to attend on the scheduled admission date and need to change or cancel your appointment, kindly contact the outpatient department with which you made your reservation as soon as possible.
    • On your admission day, please arrive at the Admission and Discharge Administration Center on the 3rd floor of the SOUTH WING at the designated time. Once you have completed the necessary admission procedures, a staff member will assist you in getting to your ward.
    • If you would like to request a private room (additional fees will apply), please mention this when applying for admission. Do note that we may not be able to fulfill your request depending on availability. The fee for a private room is charged daily, regardless of the time of use.
    • Please ensure that you complete the admission procedures within three days of your admission date.If you live far away and cannot arrive within that time frame, you can also apply by mail; please contact the Admission and Discharge Administration Center for further instructions.
  • 2. Deposit for hospitalization

    When you are admitted to the hospital, a deposit is required, which will be deducted from your hospitalization fees upon discharge.

    Please make sure to bring this deposit along with the hospitalization pledge to the Admission and Discharge Administration Center located on the 3rd floor of the SOUTH WING.

    • General: 50,000 yen
    • Traffic accident: 50,000 yen
    • Private medical treatment: 100,000 yen
    • Work-related accident: 50,000 yen
    • Welfare recipient: 10,000 yen
    • Foreign visitors to Japan: 300,000 yen
    • Obstetrics: 100,000 yen*

    (* 700,000 yen if you choose not to apply for the childbirth and childcare lump-sum grant)

    If you opt for a private room, you'll need to pay an additional deposit, depending on the type of private room you select:

    • Regular private room: 100,000 yen
    • Special private room A: 1,210,000 yen
    • Special private room B: 825,000 yen
    • Special private room C: 550,000 yen
    • Special private room D: 385,000 yen
    • Special private room E: 275,000 yen

    * For foreign visitors to Japan, the private room deposit will be three times the standard amounts listed above.

  • Upon payment, you will receive a deposit slip, which you can present at the cashier on the 3rd floor of the NORTH WING when you discharged.
  • Payments can be made using a credit card, electronic money, or cash, as cashless services are available for your convenience.
